**What You'll Get to Do:**
As a CACI Maritime Operations Trainer (MOT) you will be located at one of several training sites on the African continent and responsible for supporting Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa (MARFOREURAF) to plan and execute maritime training with partner forces on the continent of Africa. The MOT delivers full spectrum maritime training support to partner forces through current and customized maritime training, lecture, and exercise in the conduct of military raids, ambushes, tactical planning, operations orders, troop leading procedures, sUAS integration, ISR planning and integration, close quarter battle (CQB), and maritime boarding courses. The MOT will deliver courses in classroom and field environments that focus on the application of practical theory through hands-on exercises and scenario-based practice events. Assigned topics will be presented in accordance with approved MARFOREURAF curricula and programs of instruction (POIs). Upon training completion, trainers will submit written recommendations and an After Actions Review (AAR) for updates or future training requirements to ensure continued MARFOREURAF program execution outcomes are met. The MOT will additionally evaluate students and provide recommendations to MARFOREURAF as to the proficiency of the trained personnel.
**More About this Role:**
+ This is a 120-180 day rotational position depending on the site requirements.
+ As a Maritime Operations Trainer, you will collaborate extensively with partner nations and MAREURFORAF to facilitate effective coordination for successful execution of all phases of the training and exercise cycles, including planning, preparation and setup, execution, and recovery. You will provide subject matter expertise on all phases of the training cycle and partner nation's assigned maritime equipment.
+ Provide embedded oversight and assist with the execution of Advanced Maritime Boarding courses, Tactical Communications Training, ISR Integration and Intelligence Fusion courses, Instructor Development courses, Tactical Swimmer courses, Close Quarter Battle instruction, Small Unit Tactics course, and Maritime Commando courses.
+ Conduct initial assessments and gap analysis of partner nation's Marine Commandos and Special Boat Squadron's capabilities and capacity to enable future requirements.
+ Assess, refine, and recommend certification of doctrine and develop training materials that train the instructions on current curriculum, individual and collective training tasks that support training objectives, and an updated POI for the Instructor Development Course.
+ Develop tailored SOPs for training execution and scheduling, including a detailed training plan/schedule.
+ Facilitate and lead hotwashes and AARs that provide feedback on how the training objectives were met.
+ At the conclusion of training, facilitate and lead AARs to identify any lessons learned and corrective actions needed and to continuously refine the training materials.
+ Official travel to countries in the AFRICOM area of operation for the purposes of mission support is required, up to one year in duration.
**You'll Bring These Qualifications:**
+ 10 years as NCO/Officer in combat arms unit with SOF experience (MARSOC, Force Recon, SEAL, Special Forces Group, 75th Ranger Regiment) and additional experience with subject matter expertise in maritime operations preferred.
+ Prior experience working with Partner Nations through the execution of Joint Combined Exchange Training (JCET).
+ Direct experience with the development of maritime Programs of Instruction and maritime curriculum development for Partner Nations.
+ Active SECRET clearance

+ Combat Diver Qualification Course (CDQC), or service component equivalent

**In line with the terms of this Contract, depending on position and location, the AFRICOM Operations, Plans and Training Support (AOPTS) Program, may provide for:**
+ Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) at State Department rates
+ An Education Benefit for dependent children K-12 at the DoDDS rates
+ Shipment and delivery of Household Goods (HHG) up to 18000 lbs.

**Overview**
An IT Service Delivery Manager's primary focus is on building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with their assigned clients, as well as those within the Concentrix Organization. They serve as the client's primary conduit into the Concentrix IT organization, whether that be for new business, change, growth, projects or incidents. They ensure the client's IT needs and goals are aligned with the Concentrix business.
The IT Account Manager provides the two-way communication between the client and the wider Concentrix organization, with a focus on IT.
**Responsibilities**
+ Serves as the primary Concentrix IT contact for the client, and responsible for client IT satisfaction.
+ Consistently provide excellent customer service to the client account(s) as well as represent client needs and goals within the Concentrix IT organization.
+ Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
+ Build excellent relationships within Concentrix to deliver exceptional IT service to the client. (examples are PE, DPE, IT, Security, PMO, etc)
+ Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
+ Ensure that client issues are addressed in an efficient and timely manner, and engaging or informing appropriate Concentrix Management, as required.
+ Responsible for all client IT communications, conflict resolution, Concentrix outage resolution, and compliance on client deliverables, and to ensure that the project spend is within the contracted cost.
+ Track and report on outages to the client and Concentrix Management.
+ Prime IT liaison with client during outage and recovery management of all Severity 1 & 2 incidents (on call support 24x7 for Sev1). Escalate for additional Sev1 participation, or Sev1 process assistance, as needed.
+ Ensure the RCA process is adhered to, with the client receiving an RCA within 48-72 hours.
+ Analyze outage/incident/change, looking for trends, opportunities, and continuous improvement to reduce cost, reduce downtime, and increase customer SAT.
+ Ensures that IT initiatives are met and delivered in a timely manner, and within the prescribed budget.
+ Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
+ Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are met.
+ Track and report on all client projects / changes / growth.
+ Provide regular input on all IT account activity, including status.
+ Contributor and client advocate in Incident Management.
+ Lead Change Management, with a focus on the client /CNX requirements, whilst focusing on cost reduction, or increased cost benefits.
+ Chair - Daily/Weekly/Monthly client calls, followed by written minutes and actions.
+ Ensuring Concentrix IT meets the clients contractual requirements (e.g security, audits, BCDR, reporting)
+ Drive IT cost optimization opportunities in the account without impacting the delivery standards.
+ Assist the transition manager during any new transition or ramp ups.
+ Focus on achieving highest possible CSAT (Technology and Innovation)
+ Recognize solution opportunities, help define requirements & assist IT solutioners in understanding the accounts complexity, AS-IS scenario and long term strategy.

JOB PURPOSE:

ACCOUNTABILTIES & DELIVERABLES:
+ Lead the planning and implementation of projects in line with the agreed scope, objectives, and timeline
+ Produce and maintain detailed project plans including activity plans and project timeline
+ Produce and maintain detailed communication plan
+ Lead and coordinate the activity of the project team, workstream leaders and subject matter experts
+ Manage and track project spend against budget
+ Track and report on project progress to stakeholders
+ Report, track and manage project risks& issue
+ Identify and implement contingency actions to mitigate project risks
+ Ensure issue escalation process implemented when required
+ Implement effective project governance structure to manage delivery, track progress and resolve issues
+ Build effective working relationships with project sponsor and stakeholders
+ Completion of all project documentation in line with agreed project framework and approach
+ Quality assurance - promote and track adherence to the project management standards agreed accross Concentrix
+ Build strong working relationship with the PMO and business project managers
+ Matrix Management responsibility of technical workstream managers and technical subject matter experts, acting as a coach and escalation support
+ Oversees and enables delivery of technology transition projects for a nominated Concentrix region
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

**Job Description Summary**

**Job Description**
The **Lead Project Manager - Services** is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of complex service projects, from contract signature through to project close-out, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role will manage cross-functional project teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with company standards, EHS requirements, and contractual obligations.
**Roles and Responsibilities** :
+ Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale service contracts, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
+ Act as the single point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, and subcontractors for all project matters.
+ Drive project governance and lead regular project review meetings (internal & external)
+ Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve targeted profitability.
+ Track, control, and report project costs and revenues, ensuring alignment with business targets.
+ Administer contracts, manage scope changes, and negotiate variations with customers and partners.
+ Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
+ Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, site management, and services operations teams.
+ Resolve issues proactively, escalating when necessary to ensure project success.
+ Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and EHS requirements.
+ Lead safety culture within the project team, ensuring incidents are prevented and risks are mitigated.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering from an accredited university or college
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in project management of electrical substations
+ Prior experience in managing high voltage electrical utility projects
+ Previous responsibility for projects or programs involving multiple businesses and/or functions across the entire project cycle - development and design through manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning and test acceptance
+ Ability to manage external, customer-facing projects to successful completion
+ Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long and short-term projects simultaneously
+ Strong French and English oral and written communications skills
**Desired Characteristics:**
+ Ability to apply advanced technical, engineering, and quality assurance concepts to solve practical business problems
+ Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service quality in all aspects of project delivery
+ Strong decision-making and interpersonal/leadership skills
+ PMI certification is a plus
+ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.

MSI Reproductive Choices is seeking the services of an expert consultant or a team of consultants to carry out an end-of-project evaluation of the EU co-funded Youth for Health project. This is a consortium project led by MSI Reproductive Choices.

The consultant(s) will work with MSI’s EU Head of Programmes, Evidence and Impact Advisor, and Y4H consortium partners to evaluate the extent to which the project has improved adolescents’ access to, and utilisation of, sexual and reproductive health services and rights in certain countries.

Proposals should be submitted to Susan Camara, MSI’s Head of EU Programmes and Youth for Health, by midnight GMT on Sunday, 12th October 2025.
